The danger of confusing chase with character
Because yes, if a woman rejects the clown, he may chase.
But the chase does not mean he respects her.
The chase may mean:

- he wants to win
- access was interrupted
- scarcity made her more interesting
- he likes the pursuit more than the woman
- he wants proof he still can
- he wants to restore control
So the real lesson is not “make him chase.”
The lesson is:
His pursuit is not the same as his capacity.
